Single sessions
Single sessions are offered as a stand alone "class" and they fill on a first come first serve basis. These are slightly larger groups, compared to our skills clinics, and the focus of these sessions will be advertised prior to registration. Depending on the session we will cover power skating, edge control, situational awareness, passing, shooting, and game like scenarios.

Skills clinics
In the off season we offer small group skills clinics/semi-private lessons. We reserve the full sheet and devote our time to working on individual improvement. Our clinics are typically eight, one-hour sessions and are limited to 15 players on the ice. We promise to ensure every skater gets the one on one attention they deserve.

Upcoming Single Sessions
"SATURDAY SESSIONS: POWER SKATING"
During the month of JUNE we will be offering 3 individual "Single Sessions". We firmly believe to be a great hockey player, you have to master the basics, and that starts with skating. During these sessions, you'll find us on the ice with our gear on, sticks in hand, and not a puck to be seen... at least not at first. These will be 30-minute full ice sessions, based on birth year, as we master the art of power skating.
If you're new here, this is a perfect time to see what AHS is all about. So sign up for one or sign up for or all three, we're happy to have you and grow this great game of HOCKEY!
NOTE: This is NOT a learn to skate, player must be able to skate unassited and have the basics of skating backwards.
